We have been learning about earthworms with Mrs Fletcher, we found some worms and put them in a plastic container, then we used a magnifying glass to count the segments on their body.
We needed to write complex sentences about worms.
- Worms like the dark better than the light.
- Earthworms like the dark better than the light because the are safe underground.
- Earthworms like the dark better than the light because the are safe underground and the birds will not get them.
I found it hard to find the facts. I found it easy to learn how many segments were on the worms.
